Managing Difficult Behaviours

The Art of Negotiating

Negotiation is part of our everyday lives. Sometimes, we negotiate without even realising we’ve negotiated; other times we don’t negotiate at all, often leading to damaging results. This programme emphasises the importance of good negotiations and is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and managers. It also provides an excellent opportunity for your ‘rising stars’ and is an excellent refresher for those whose skills in this area need to be developed.

Better Body Language for Business

All of us use body language to communicate messages; both consciously and unconsciously, dropping clues about what’s going on in our thoughts. However, we need to be able to read body language in the workplace, when meeting potential clients and in managing difficult situations. We can all do this to a certain extent, but the more you understand body language, the more effective you become as a communicator.
