We have Discussed, Designed and Delivered programmes and change processes that focus on how the overall “emotional climate” of the work-place can be developed and improved. We have designed programmes that engage with individuals as a pre-cursor to a group event in order to achieve greater levels of individual investment in the process.
Our programmes enable participants to better understand how our happiness and therefore our outputs and inputs can be greatly improved by developing a greater awareness of our own behaviour and how it relates to others.
