We have supported clients by conducting investigations. The work arises from disputes among colleagues that need decisive action in order to progress. We act as an impartial third party that investigates the matter separately from the politics and interests of the client.
The investigations are conducted under compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and general respect for the privacy and dignity of the individuals concerned, and the details of the individual cases are not expected to be shared with the public.
Confidentiality between our clients and us is stringently maintained, and our clients are regularly updated with our progress so that no person directly involved with the case is unaware of what is happening. Conclusions are drawn from an objective and unbiased point of view, and draws the client's attention to the main issues for the matter in hand, as well as implicitly demonstrating the wider implications of what we have discovered. The value of our investigation work lies in its objectivity, low-level interference with the day-to-day running of the organisation and serving as evidence to support the decision(s) that the organisation ultimately takes as an outcome of the investigation. This has greatly assisted our clients in making difficult and sensitive choices with long-lasing implications for all involved.
