Our approach, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific or general conditions in the client’s professional or wider life. Techniques used include value clarification, goal setting, identifying and developing plans of action, examining modes of operating, reasons for choices and making empowering decisions.
Throughout the working relationship the coach and client will engage in personal conversations: the client can depend on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests: the client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client.
Our relationship and the effectiveness of the process will be at its most potent in the contexts of human
dignity and honesty. In this respect the coach promises that all information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential unless agreed otherwise, naming specific individuals and
circumstances and within legal constraints and requirements.
